BOISE’S BEST PIZZA CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

Sponsorship and Agreement
The Boise’s Best Pizza Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored solely by Iliad Media Group (“Station”). By participating, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Station, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Eligibility
The Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in Ada County, Idaho, Canyon County, Idaho, or the Boise, Idaho Designated Market Area (DMA) as defined by Nielsen Media Research, Inc. Employees of other radio stations are not eligible. Only one entry per person or household is permitted. Immediate family includes spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and any other person residing in the same household. Only three winners per office per contest.

Contest Classification and Restrictions
This Contest is classified as a minor contest, with a prize value of $100. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted during the Contest Period of May 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026. A winner may win one (1) major contest and one (1) minor contest in a 30-day period, but cannot win more than one (1) minor prize within 30 days of each other. Only one winner per household per year is permitted for prizes valued at $600 or more.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Boise’s Best Pizza Card, valued at $100, redeemable at eight (8) participating restaurants.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize is permitted except at the Station’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes or fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

How to Enter
To enter, complete the official online entry form at https://208bestpizza.com/ during the Contest Period beginning May 1, 2026 and ending May 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT. Online entry is the only method of entry.

Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. MT.

Winner Confirmation
Contestants will not be considered winners until all required information, including proof of age, identity, and residency, has been received and verified by the Station. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond in the time required, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Disqualification
The Station reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or submits false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Publicity
By participating, each entrant agrees that, if selected as the winner, the Station may use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and hometown/state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions
The Station reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Station’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Station in its sole discretion.

Limitations of Liability
The Station and its affiliated companies, employees, agents, and representatives are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries; technical malfunctions; unauthorized intervention; or any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of the prize.

Prize Forfeiture
If the winner fails to fulfill any obligation required to claim the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Contest Materials
All entry forms and materials collected in connection with the Contest become the property of the Station and will not be returned.

Rules Modifications
The Station reserves the right to modify these Official Rules and dates at any time. Any material changes will be posted at https://208bestpizza.com/ when practical. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, any such modifications, and all decisions of Station management.

Winner List
A winner list may be obtained within 30 days after the Contest Period by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
